BLARGH! Is my contact lens stuck under my eyelid?

So, funny story: today I was putting in my contact lenses as I do so every morning. I put in the right lens and thought everything was fine and dandy. However, after putting in my left lens I realized things were still blurry out of my right eye...the hell? Did the lens fall off? I searched around on the sink, the counter, the floor, the garbage...couldn't find nada! Is it stuck under my eyelid? I try to look and poke around, can't find anything either. Heck, I can't *feel* anything stuck under my eyelid...so after spending half an hour searching for it, I decide to say screw it and put on my glasses and go to work. I'm almost 100% positive it fell off (and likely went right down the sink), but figured just in case there's a 1% chance it's still stuck under my eyelid it'll fall off throughout the day.
I hate wearing glasses though! I have no peripheral vision, and we have nerf wars at work so I can't see anyone sneaking up at me now...I'm defenseless! HELP!
